May Tom, MPH, RD.

May’s interest in helping people heal naturally through diet and lifestyle started at an early age.  As a child, May watched her father suffer from chronic depression and the unpleasant side effects of taking multiple anti-depressants to no avail.  She also witnessed his recovery through diet and lifestyle changes and realized that many of the medical issues people face today can be addressed naturally, without the use of prescription medications.

As a registered dietitian and graduate of Loma Linda University, May is well versed with teaching people the principles of eating real, nourishing food and practicing a healthy lifestyle.  In addition, she is well known in our local community for teaching healthy cooking classes at places like Loma Linda’s Drayson Center, Goodwin’s Organics, medical institutions and private events.

May is committed to helping people change their diet and lifestyle according to functional medicine principles and Dr. Wellhausen’s recommendations.
