Making Green Smoothies

Smoothies are a great addition to your daily regimen when you are trying to make a healthy transition from eating SAD (standard American diet) to eating WELL (according to Dr. Wellhausen’s well wheel principle’s).  Here’s a little video on what we like to make in the office and at home. Don’t forget to include in your own smoothie as many home grown vegetables as possible!
